What is Ganja Yoga?

Cannabis and spirituality are an ancient pairing that have been used across the globe for centuries.

Ganja Yoga isn’t the average series of asanas (postures) that people are typically guided through in yoga class. Our cannabis yoga practice is designed to help people of all ages, races, body sizes, sexualities, and fitness levels find deep relaxation through simple movements, cannabis, and community.

What to Expect

Each class is focused on tapping into your innate wisdom within while exploring the body in which you are  living in through simple movements that works everyBODY.

Alignment-Focused

Learn how to move skillfully with intention while protecting your joints and muscles during each ganja-enhanced yoga class. 

B.Y.O.E.

Due to current circumstances, please bring your own everything (BYOE) such as mat, blocks, strap, bolsters & any other props you desire, as well as ganja.

Community Building

Meet like-minded individuals in the area, learn about locally made cannabis products and how to start growing your own organic ganja at home.

Cannabis can be a useful tool in helping to quiet the mind and the noise of our daily lives, which allows us to place our focus internally on the true nature of the Self. By doing so, cannabis is helping you discover a deepened sense of awareness about the mind, body & soul. Yoga is also a useful tool to begin looking within and contemplating the true nature of one’s Self. By combining the cannabis and yoga, we are able to dive deeper into the Divine wisdom that lies within each and every one of us, explore its vastness and come to truly understand it.
